About
We are looking for a motivated OPT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. This role involves sourcing OPT/CPT candidates, junior IT consultants, and recent graduates and marketing them to our client and vendor network across the United States.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in US IT recruitment, OPT hiring, or bench sales who wants to grow in the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates, GC, Citizens and junior IT professionals for IT roles.
- Screen candidates and assess technical skills and communication abilities.
- Market candidate profiles to clients and vendor partners for open positions.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates across technologies such as QA, BA, Java, Data, Cloud, and DevOps.
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements using internal systems or ATS.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them updated on opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in US IT recruiting, OPT recruiting, or bench sales.
- Knowledge of OPT, CPT, and basic H1B visa processes.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, Monster, or other job portals.
- Strong communication and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing consultants to direct clients and implementation partners.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as QA, Java, Data Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud.
