We are looking for a motivated OPT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. This role involves sourcing OPT/CPT candidates, junior IT consultants, and recent graduates and marketing them to our client and vendor network across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates, GC, Citizens and junior IT professionals for IT roles.
  • Screen candidates and assess technical skills and communication abilities.
  • Market candidate profiles to clients and vendor partners for open positions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates across technologies such as QA, BA, Java, Data, Cloud, and DevOps.
  • Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track submissions, interviews, and placements using internal systems or ATS.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them updated on opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in US IT recruiting, OPT recruiting, or bench sales.
  • Knowledge of OPT, CPT, and basic H1B visa processes.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, Monster, or other job portals.
  • Strong communication and candidate management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience marketing consultants to direct clients and implementation partners.
  • Experience recruiting for technologies such as QA, Java, Data Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud.
