Position Overview
The US IT Lead oversees the successful delivery of IT staffing solutions for clients across various industries. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and client management to ensure efficient fulfillment of staffing requirements while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The CTC: DOE and overall opportunity are designed to drive business growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute delivery strategies to meet staffing requirements and client objectives.
- Align staffing operations with business goals to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their IT workforce needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end staffing delivery process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requisitions by coordinating with recruiters and account managers.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, placement rates) and implement improvements to optimize processes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment and delivery team to achieve performance targets.
- Provide guidance on best practices in IT staffing and recruitment strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing delivery-related matters.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to meet evolving workforce demands.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and staffing landscape to offer strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to expand service offerings and client base.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in staffing operations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on delivery metrics, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR, recruitment, or IT (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing high-volume staffing projects in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies across various domains.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
