Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Recruiter to support hiring for a US-based client. If you have a strong track record in US recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices and time zones
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing and screening technical candidates
• Experience with contract and/or full-time hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → screening → interview coordination)
• Handle multiple IT roles across various technologies
• Collaborate closely with our Germany-based team
