Salary Range: INR 15,000 - 22,000 / month

Shift Options

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Job Summary

Squirrel Group LLC is hiring IT Recruitment Coordinators to handle sourcing, resume formatting, interview scheduling, and client follow-ups for U.S. IT staffing. Candidates should have basic IT knowledge (training provided for freshers) and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates and match them to U.S. IT job roles.
• Modify and optimize resumes based on job descriptions.
• Submit profiles, schedule interviews, and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain trackers and coordinate with candidates and clients regularly.
• Build basic understanding of IT skills, tools, and job roles.

Requirements

• 6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Good communication and follow‑up skills.
• Interest in IT recruiting and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of U.S. IT staffing is a plus.
