About Us

We are seeking talented and motivated US IT Technical Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a US IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and track key metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Onboarding: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Onboard experienced and quality candidates onto companies' W-2 payroll.
• Compliance: Stay updated on immigration and compliance regulations to ensure smooth onboarding and visa processes.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market.
• Strong understanding of the US IT industry and technical roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Additional Information

• Location: Hyderabad, TG (Onsite)
• Shift timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST
• Working Days: Mon to Friday.
• Min experience: 0 to 4 Years
• Open to freshers to 4 years experienced applicants.
