Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for high‑volume position openings using applicant tracking database and job board keyword searches, cold‑calling prospective applicants, referral sources, attending career fairs and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for assigned positions.
  • Team with hiring managers to determine plans to identify candidates, including database searches, job board keyword searches, and phone/web mining.
  • Plan and attend job fairs to develop a candidate pool for assigned positions as needed.
  • Screen applicants and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Document and communicate employment recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Post jobs for recruitment as needed.
  • File and maintain employment records for future reference.
  • Generate recruitment status reports (e.g., applicant flow, open requisitions, time to fill).
  • Participate in training to learn new recruitment practices and develop subject‑matter expertise in recruitment (e.g., sourcing, compliance, applicant tracking systems, reporting).
  • Provide cross‑functional support within the recruitment team as needed (e.g., employee referral program, relocation).
  • Ensure compliance with government agency regulations (e.g., OFCCP, ADA).

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices.
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or face‑to‑face.
  • Ability to work with a variety of jobs.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
