About the role

You will be part of a US Recruitment team focusing on hiring for IT and Functional roles across the U.S. Your role will involve driving the end-to-end recruiting process, executing sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will update the Applicant Tracking System with all candidate activities, leverage data for recruiting decisions, and maintain quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities: - Drive the end-to-end recruiting process. - Execute sourcing strategies based on local market requirements. - Assess candidates and submit to reporting manager. - Create and manage a positive candidate experience. - Update the Applicant Tracking System with all candidate activities. - Leverage data for recruiting decisions and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience as a US NON IT Recruiter (NON IT/Healthcare). - Comfortable working in EST shifts. - Experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting. - Familiarity with different US tax terms, Visas, and Time Zones. - Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn RPS. - Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders. - Strong understanding of technical requirements. - Demonstrated deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment abilities.

You should be self-motivated and a team player with strong analytical thinking skills to evaluate applicants and recommend suitable candidates for the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for networking and building a high-performing IT department within the company.
