What you’ll do
- Drive product understanding and adoption by translating complex technical products into clearly framed go‑to‑market materials and campaign‑based marketing assets.
- Identify opportunities to grow product awareness and adoption by collaborating cross‑functionally with many stakeholders to conceptualize and refine go‑to‑market strategy.
- Improve and accelerate products by identifying unique selling points (USPs) and use cases.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that articulates value proposition through core sales enablement assets.
- Identify market growth opportunities by soliciting market feedback; build input‑driven campaign strategies.
- Manage execution of complex new product launches at various points along the product lifecycle.
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing with go‑to‑market strategy.
- 2 years’ experience in retail operations or a background in the digital and physical store execution and distribution space.
- Great interviewer, and empathetic collaborator, coupled with the ability to simplify complex statements, ensuring clear messaging across the organization.
- A solid Product Marketing background: experience in product marketing, specifically within tech, B2B, and retail industries complemented by experience in launching multiple products.
- Flexible and adaptive mindset: a quick learner with experience working in fast‑paced environments (e.g., consulting, startups) who is open to growing with a new organization.

Salary
- Hoboken, New Jersey (US‑10279): $108,000 – $216,000 annually.
- Bentonville, Arkansas (US‑09401): $90,000 – $180,000 annually.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s: Business Administration.
