Position Summary

The Senior Manager is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for driving the vision, execution, and scaling of next-generation item and assortment management capabilities across enterprise retail platforms. This role leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that improve item data quality, streamline supplier and operational workflows, and enable end-to-end item lifecycle management. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in advancing automation and AI-driven (including agentic AI) capabilities to modernize item setup, enrichment, and governance processes.

This position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, merchandising, supply chain, and external partners to build scalable, integrated solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. They ensure teams are aligned to strategic priorities and equipped to deliver complex, cross-domain programs with quality and speed. What You Will Do

  1. Leadership & Strategy

    • Define and drive the long-term vision for agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflow platforms.

Salary

  • Annual salary range: $110,000.00 – $220,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
