As a UX Designer at genua, you decide for yourself where you see the greatest potential for an even better user experience. You can actively contribute to new features as well as drive projects forward. The following tasks await you:

Responsibilities

• Concept and implementation of UX design and usability solutions for various products from the genua portfolio
• Analysis and coordination of user requirements in close cooperation with product owners, developers, and requirements engineers
• Creation of usage concepts (e.g., mockups, workflows, prototypes, or comparable forms of representation) in dialogue with stakeholders
• Consultation and support of product owners and development teams during the implementation phase
• Setup, maintenance, and further development of the UX area in Confluence
• Creation and editing of graphics and icons for product GUIs
• Evaluation of implemented concepts through expert reviews and usability tests
• Independent planning and execution of user research to collect user and customer requirements
• Maintenance and further development of the GUI style guide

Qualifications

• Completed degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Human Computer Interaction, Informatics & Design, or a comparable field, or relevant UX/usability experience, ideally in the context of technical and complex B2B products
• Basic knowledge of computer science and network technology
• Knowledge of common UX methods and user research methods, as well as a sound understanding of user-centered design processes
• Experience with Axure RP (or comparable UX tools) for creating mockups and prototypes
• Experience in collaborating with product owners and development teams or corresponding project experience during studies
• Ability to analyze, structure, and present complex technical issues understandably
• Confident demeanor when presenting and discussing UX concepts
• Very good German skills (C1) as well as very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Security-oriented, independent, and team-oriented working style
