Requirements

• Proven experience with Power BI and dashboard design
• Proficiency in UX design methodologies, including wireframing and prototyping
• Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics principles
• Familiarity with usability testing and user feedback incorporation
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and ReactJS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively

Responsibilities

• Collect user requirements and feedback to establish UX objectives for dashboards
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes specifically for Power BI and custom dashboard interfaces
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible
• Work closely with developers to successfully implement design concepts
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback from users
• Promote UX/UI design best practices, templates, and standards for dashboards across teams
• Articulate design concepts and reasoning to stakeholders and project teams
