Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in user experience design project development.
• Conducting user research through interviews and surveys to gain insights for enhancements.
• Assisting in the creation of user personas and journey maps for improved experience strategies.
• Participating in usability testing to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborating to implement human-centered design principles.
• Designing and prototyping user interfaces to showcase product functionality.
• Analyzing industry trends to inform your design decisions.
• Using creative skills to develop engaging and user-friendly designs.
• Interpreting user feedback to refine designs and enhance usability.
• Learning from experienced professionals for best practices in user experience design.

Requirements

• Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Client service intern roles are entry-level, suitable for third-year or fourth-year students in relevant degree programs.
• Summer internships occur the summer before the final year of study.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Design, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Communication, Digital Communications, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Experience in User Experience (UX) Design Research.
• Creative design and user interface prototyping skills.
• Ability to analyze industry trends for enhanced design strategies.
• Experience conducting usability testing for user satisfaction improvement.
• Familiarity with human-centered design principles.
• Involvement in customer experience strategy development.

Salary

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
