Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Chantilly, VA. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, utilizing design thinking methodologies, creating prototypes, and designing visually appealing user interfaces. The role focuses on ensuring seamless, intuitive user experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Required

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to commute to Chantilly, VA and work daily on-site
• Must have a clearance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human-Centered Design and User Research to conceptualize and validate solutions with users
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design, including wireframing and creating user-centered interfaces
• Experience with Visual Design and Prototyping to craft engaging and functional design solutions
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design ideas effectively
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD or Figma
• Familiarity with front-end development principles is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
