Job Overview

As a User Experience Specialist, you will be essential in implementing user interfaces for our web applications. Your primary focus will be to create intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences. This involves conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure the end product aligns with user needs and complies with accessibility standards. You will create user personas and journey maps to better understand user behaviors, design information architecture and navigation schemes to optimize workflows, and develop interactive prototypes for design validation. Furthermore, you will establish and maintain design systems and component libraries, create responsive designs for various devices, and conduct usability testing to pinpoint improvement opportunities. Working closely with product owners, you will align designs with business objectives while staying updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• Strong background in data visualization and dashboards.
• Proficient in creating storyboards or wireframes.
• Experience in user experience design, user research, and persona development.

Security Clearance

• Active Secret clearance required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position varies depending on factors like office location and experience, with a salary range of $93,700 to $184,500 USD in selected areas. We offer a variety of benefits to support your career and personal life.
