User Experience UX Designer - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph
• Eight (08) years of direct/relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Experience with UX design and front-end development for an Agentic Knowledge Management System.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points and write and maintain front-end code for implementing UX designs and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
• Develop and maintain UX documentation, including design guidelines, style guides, technical plans, milestones for UX deliverables, and user guides.
• Write and maintain front-end code to implement UX designs.
• Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop front-end components using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end code with existing backend services.
• Ensure front-end code is optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of Agile and other constructs. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js.
