Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional user interface and user experience design support for Government systems, creating intuitive, accessible, and consistent user-centered designs that effectively translate mission and functional requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive user research, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations to inform design decisions and validate system usability in collaboration with Government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a variety of UI/UX artifacts, such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design standards, ensuring strict compliance with Government accessibility requirements (e.g., Section 508) as well as approved design guidelines.
• Engage in collaboration with Government and contractor personnel to support system development, integration, testing, and change management activities, providing complete and accurate UI/UX documentation and deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret clearance or above; an active TS/SCI clearance is highly preferred.
• A total of 5 years of relevant experience in the field. A bachelor's degree in a related field can substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Proven expertise with UI/UX design tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Web Design or a related field.
• Certification as a UX Professional is a plus.

Salary Range

Minimum $85,000 - Maximum $115,000
