Looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Design System Designer to help drive the evolution of components in our design system alongside our design system team.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Figma and Figma best practices (Auto Layout, Slots, Components)
• Deep understanding of Figma features to drive design system implementation at scale (Tokens, Variants)
• Proven track record building and delivering patterns and components that account for accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Background contributing to or maintaining a design system
• Proven track record delivering design systems at scale
• Ability to deliver in-depth component documentation for cross-functional use
• Understanding of web development
• Familiarity with mobile-first responsive design and implementation of best practices
• History of collaborating with product and development teams through design review and implementation of designs in code

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Figma's branching and versioning features
• Comfort using Chrome Dev Tools to inspect code implementation details
• Familiarity with Figma's branching and versioning features
