Design graduate from Tier 1 colleges (e.g., NID or equivalents)

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio
  • Relevant degree from institutions like NID and equivalents
  • Strong UX thinking and problem‑solving skills beyond visual design
  • Research‑oriented mindset with the ability to frame problems clearly
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
  • Ability to prototype ideas quickly and communicate concepts clearly
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers and working within technical constraints

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • HCI or related certifications
  • Experience designing B2B products, complex workflows, or data‑heavy interfaces

Role Summary

We are looking for a UX‑driven designer who focuses on solving user problems rather than just creating interfaces. This role will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to explore ideas, prototype solutions quickly, and deliver thoughtful, intuitive product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand user problems and translate them into meaningful product experiences
  • Drive UX‑first thinking across flows, features, and interactions
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to validate concepts quickly
  • Use modern tools and prompt‑assisted workflows to prototype and test ideas early
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure practical and high‑quality implementation
  • Advocate for users and contribute actively to product discussions and design critiques
