We are looking for an Utility Engineering Manager (m/f/d) for our Bad Kreuznach site in the "Innoplant" department, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of the Utility Engineering department, including further development of team competencies for consulting and engineering
• Intensive customer consulting and design of utility engineering for worldwide turnkey projects in the beverage industry
• Development and planning of holistic, sustainable energy concepts for turnkey projects
• Preparation of quotations and execution of projects for utility engineering in the beverage industry
• Supplier relationship management for all utility engineering as well as energy and environmental topics
• Customer relationship management and new customer acquisition in cooperation with the KHS Sales Team
• Participation in the implementation of sales strategies as well as creation and maintenance of calculation tools and capacity models for utility engineering

Qualifications

• Studies in energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Motivating leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Very good data processing skills (MS Office/MS Project); SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent English, additional foreign language desirable
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working, efficient time management, and flexible willingness to work according to project requirements
• High customer orientation and willingness to travel internationally
