UX Copywriter

About

Our ecommerce client is looking for a UX Copywriter/ Content Designer to join their team, for a 12+ month duration. This will be fulltime hours per week, and onsite 3-4x per week in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

• working on a loyalty travel app (web and mobile support)
• developing wireframes, site maps, user journeys, in-app mobile copy, FAQs, content diagrams etc.
• working in an Agile environment
• creating content strategy and UX content
• working with Product Designers to create concepts and prototypes
• working extensively with business and product stakeholders to walkthrough content and design work
• working in a highly collaborative environment with development, design and product teams

Skills needed

• 4+ years of experience
• ecommerce or loyalty experience is a bonus
• expertise with Figma, Jira and Confluence
• portfolio showcasing your copy and content skills, specifically for digital products
