Position Summary

As a UX Design Intern, you will be part of the System components & Connectivity team, supporting the definition and implementation of novel user experiences for coffee machines. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining hands‑on experience in testing and refining expectation based on feedback from users and business.

Having experience in visual communication, video editing, and communication strategy will be a plus, as it will enable you to promote the department's achievements across the internal network of experts.

A Day in the Life of a UX Design Intern

• Support the definition of interfaces by translating complex information into simple visuals
• Identify user needs, define personas and user profile according to business brief
• Generate user journeys according to use cases
• Document test results and provide feedback to help optimize designs
• Collaborate with the System Component team to improve validation cycles, ensuring timely and cost‑effective project delivery
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

What will make you successful

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in UX, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
• Enthusiasm for user centric experience and willing to learn in a hands‑on environment
• Basic knowledge of 3D CAD and UX tools such as Figma is an advantage
