Role Description

In this role, you will solve complex design problems and translate them into clean, user-friendly interfaces that prioritize the end-user experience. You will make data-driven decisions, develop creative design concepts, and create interactive prototypes that inform the development process. You will lead the definition and maintenance of design systems and collaborate closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in moderating workshops and managing client stakeholders to ensure alignment between design goals and project objectives. For this, fluent German is fundamental. Taking full ownership of your projects and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation will be crucial for your success in this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and/or at least five years of professional experience in creating applications and apps that can be showcased in a portfolio.
