About the role

Your role in the team

• Community Management: You are the active interface between KOSMOS and the Product Teams. You proactively reach out to teams, identify needs, and offer support. You collect and consolidate feedback and bugs, moderate regular community formats such as KOSMOS Coffee or Open Hours, and ensure that KOSMOS is embedded throughout the organization.

• Component Development & Quality: You design and build reusable, scalable UI components in Figma, ensure the correct use of design tokens, and elevate components from the product teams to a consistently high quality standard. In doing so, you utilize modern AI-powered tools and work together with your engineering colleagues to ensure a seamless connection between design and code.

• Documentation: You create structured, comprehensible design documentation in Markdown format that forms the basis of all digital touchpoints, can be consumed by AI tools, and is continuously maintained.

• Processes & Organization: You define and optimize design system processes, ensure their compliance, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic multi-brand environment.

• Coordination & Stakeholder Management: You align design, engineering, and leadership on roadmaps, dependencies, and frameworks.

• Co-Ownership of KOSMOS: KOSMOS is not a finished product that you only maintain. You shape it and have real co-responsibility as well as the opportunity to influence the system from the ground up.

What we offer

• Health & Well-being: Free coffee, tea, beverages, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as discounted meals in the cafeteria or meal allowances (location-dependent). Modern workplaces for all needs.

• Culture & Development: We value personal responsibility, flat hierarchies, and open feedback. We foster a team spirit where support and collaboration are highly regarded. Enjoy 2 Learning Days per quarter, an internal learning campus, and external development opportunities.

• Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible working hours and various options for remote work.
