UX Designer (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Structure and organize content to make it easily navigable.
• Create low‑fidelity layouts (wireframes) and interactive models (prototypes) to test design concepts.
• Define how a user interacts with the product (buttons, transitions, user flows).
• Work with UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure technical feasibility and design consistency.
• Analyze feedback from usability testing to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure RP.
• 5+ years of experience creating functional, interactive prototypes.
