Role Summary
As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you independently complete end-to-end tasks that are integrated into an overarching project or program. You accomplish this by proactively identifying, defining, and communicating problems within the project or product team(s), and deliver practical and/or creative ways to fix them. You have a working knowledge of UX design principles, user‑centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools. You work with minimal guidance to complete work such as:
Responsibilities
- Analyzing or anticipating user needs
- Identifying product or platform requirements
- Iteratively improving design solutions based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input
- Creating innovative design solutions to defined user, product, and business problems
- Building design tools and delivering outputs including the product or platform
- Questioning the execution and craft to assess how well‑considered the design work is for appropriateness, longevity, collaboration, and scaling
Requirements
- Working knowledge of UX design principles, user‑centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and independently complete end‑to‑end tasks
- Strong communication skills for proactively identifying, defining, and communicating problems within project or product teams
- Capability to deliver practical and/or creative solutions to identified problems
