UX Designer

Job Description

The UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and data driven user experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, usable, and scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end UX design across discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and validation
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews) to inform design decisions
• Design user flows, information architecture, dashboards, and workflows for complex B2B systems
• Create low and high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes (primarily in Figma)
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508)
• Contribute to and maintain enterprise design systems and reusable UI components
• Translate business and data requirements into intuitive visualizations and experiences
• Support developer handoff with clear specs, annotations, and design documentation
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership

Skills and Requirements

• 5–8+ years of UX/UI design experience, with strong B2B / enterprise SaaS focus
• Proven experience designing data heavy dashboards and analytics platforms
• Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, design systems)
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and usability testing
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and product owners
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience working in Agile product teams
• Experience with FinTech, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Analytics platforms
• Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular/React concepts)
• Experience with DesignOps or enterprise design systems
• Exposure to Zero Trust or security sensitive enterprise environments
