UX Designer (m/w/d)

About the Team

In the Digital Solutions & Consulting department, teams for Digital Projects, IT Consulting & Requirements Engineering and Digital Development as well as Solution and Application Managers are located. The core mission includes the implementation of the BORA ecosystem, including the development, implementation, and operation of digital products, services, and platforms. These include, among others, the BORA App, Website, or the B2C Online Shop. Furthermore, Digital Solutions & Consulting acts as an internal service provider for the conceptualization and implementation of complex IT projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Conception and design of wireframes, prototypes, and UX concepts
• Development and elaboration of visual interface designs with a high quality standard for various digital applications
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of UX research activities (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys)
• Derivation of user-centered insights and recommendations for action
• Continuous further development and optimization of the user experience of our digital products
• Support in the setup and further development of a scalable design system
• Further development of digital branding based on the CI guidelines of the BORA brand
• Close collaboration with development, internal departments, and external service providers
• Coordination and management of external service providers

Your Profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in the field of UX Design, Communication Design, Digital Media
• Several years of practical experience as a UX Designer in an agency or digital environment
• Fascination and passion for modern, user-centered user interfaces
• Experience with data-driven design and interpretation of user feedback
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative user testing is an advantage
• Confident use of tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable tools
• Initial knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS and/or headless CMS systems is desirable
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• High awareness of quality and responsibility
