Senior UX or Product UX Designer

To ensure this ordering process is intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-strong, UX plays a central role. We are looking for someone who designs and is responsible for complete user flows, structurally analyzes problems, and thinks through solutions from the initial concept to the final design. Someone who connects user needs with business goals, uses data, verifies impact, and takes responsibility for quality and results.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the UX conception and final UI design of central end-to-end flows of our B2C webshop.
• You develop user-centered, conversion-strong concepts and independently implement them into high-quality, implementation-ready designs.
• You initiate and lead shaping processes independently, clarify goals, scope, and solution approaches, and create decision-making readiness before implementation.
• You take on technical responsibility for UX projects and are responsible for quality, decisions, and results.
• You work closely with stakeholders and development and ensure that designs are technically sound and fully implemented.
• You use tests, data, and user feedback to validate designs and iteratively improve them.
• You establish UX standards, design principles, and reusable patterns that increase quality and speed in the long term.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Senior UX or Product UX Designer with clear end-to-end responsibility for digital products, ideally in the B2C, e-commerce, or webshop environment.
• Demonstrable experience in independently driving UX projects from analysis, conception, and testing to final design.
• Very good skills in developing final designs, including interaction, states, and edge cases.
• Experience in the technical leadership of cross-functional projects.
• Proficient in using UX methods such as testing, interviews, funnel analyses, and data-based decision-making.
• Clarity in communication, prioritization, and expectation management.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and sustainably shaping UX at [REDACTED].
