• REMOTE contract position with a major financial firm
• Financial and / or insurance experience is a big plus.
• Candidates must be based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multidisciplinary team, alongside researchers, experience designers, visual designers and developers, to deliver best-in-class, human-centered products and services for the Marketing organization.
• Analyze, plan, map, and create the most valuable and contextually accurate experiences that are simple, and intuitive for customers to use.
• Create great products across multiple channels, devices, and platforms.
• See and own the end-to-end journey as well as the detailed outcomes.
• Help transform end-to-end product and service conversion and acquisition models.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of experience architecture.
• Ability to design in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
