UX Designer (w/m/d)

About

You develop multimedia, cross-channel communication and usage concepts for our existing customer platforms. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams from strategy, UX design, marketing, technology, and data analytics to create optimal solutions for our existing customers. With your innovative ideas, you provide impulses for design and user experience and contribute to the further development of our UI concepts in both conception and visual implementation. From quantitative and qualitative insights, you gain clear recommendations for action, derive convincing ideas from them, and solve communication hurdles along the customer journey.

Profile

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic, media, communication, or UX design or in a comparable environment. You are proficient in using modern UX tools such as Figma or Sketch. You possess strong conceptual skills and can clearly structure, visualize, and present ideas, approaches, and designs. As an interface between design, development, product, and other stakeholders, you always keep both professional and technical requirements in mind. You work communicatively, structurally, and in a team-oriented manner and have a good feel for web trends, user needs, and market standards. You have sound knowledge in user interface design, visual communication, user-centered design, and usability, and have a basic understanding of web and app technologies.
