Where You Can Make a Difference

We want to further increase the stability and customer satisfaction of our practice management software tomedo®. As a technically experienced UX Designer, you will support your team in areas related to the Telematics Infrastructure (TI).

• As a UX Designer, you will have direct contact with our customers. You will independently conduct interviews and usability tests, analyze behavior, and make data-driven design decisions that sustainably improve the user experience.
• From the development of initial wireframes to click prototypes and high-fidelity designs – your concepts will not only be visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.
• With attention to detail, you will optimize UI components so that our software is not only consistent but also modern and appealing.
• In close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that your designs are not only technically feasible but also compliant with legal requirements.
• You enjoy working intensively on a problem before focusing on a solution and will advise your team on prioritization and strategy.
• You can work 100% from home or use one of our co-working spaces in Erfurt, Leipzig, Berlin, and Hamburg.
• Part-time employment is generally not an issue, however, it would be ideal if you could spend at least 30 hours per week with us.

What You Should Bring

• You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification in UX, Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in UX Design, ideally in a software context and in an agile environment with highly regulated and very technical topics.
• You are familiar with UX principles from theory and science, as well as with the further development of component-based design systems.
• You are proficient in design and research tools and can demonstrate experience with design-to-code processes and AI prototyping.
• You have practical experience in UX Research and a deep understanding of product discovery principles, and you know how to derive valuable insights from them.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working characterize you. Complex requirements do not deter you – you love finding well-thought-out solutions and justifying them clearly.
• To be successful with us, it is essential that you have fluent German language skills.
