UX Performance tuning

Controle is seeking a UX Performance tuning specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Own UX performance metrics: Drive Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) and SPA route latency; set RUM + synthetic monitoring baselines; enforce performance budgets and CI gates.
• Optimize Angular 21 SPA (build/runtime): Vite/CLI tuning, granular code‑splitting (lazy/deferrable views), standalone components, Signals, OnPush, trackBy, RxJS efficiency; eliminate long tasks & memory leaks; assess SSR/SSG + hydration when it measurably helps.
• Speed up loading & navigation: Critical CSS, resource hints (preload, prefetch, preconnect), image/font optimization, service worker/app‑shell caching and offline strategies.
• Collaborate with Akamai team (no admin): Provide perf requirements (cache keys/TTLs, stale‑while‑revalidate, HTTP/2/3, Brotli, Early Hints), align on mPulse/Image Manager, and validate via RUM/WebPageTest with clear success criteria.
• Cross‑functional impact: Partner with FE/BE/Design/Security to shape API payloads & cacheability, balance WAF/bot protections with UX; run A/B or phased rollouts; document guardrails to prevent regressions.
