Your Responsibilities

• You will significantly shape our design system and be responsible for its maintenance, further development, and documentation.
• You will ensure a consistent visual language and the scalability of our products by creating and maintaining design guidelines, components, and documentation.
• You will work closely with UX Product Designers, Product Managers, and Developers and support the implementation of the design system.
• You will use user feedback and usability tests to iteratively and data-drivenly further develop the design system.
• You will improve our design system's workflows – from requesting new components to communicating updates.

Your Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in product development and product design in agile, cross-functional teams, ideally with a focus on working with design systems.
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• You have experience in developing cloud-based products.
• You have a strong sense of aesthetics and design trends, combined with a deep understanding of high-quality, user-centered UI design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or Vue.js is a big plus.
• Sound knowledge of Figma.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• You are a team player with a proactive approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues.
• Please include an (online) portfolio with meaningful work samples in your application documents, clearly showing your contribution to working with design systems.
