About the role
As a motivated UX / Product Designer joining the product team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, user-centric digital products. Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle, encompassing user research, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and final UI/UX delivery.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and user feedback to comprehend user needs, pain points, and behaviors. - Define user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. - Transform prototypes into high-fidelity UI designs ensuring consistency across various platforms (web/mobile). - Contribute design thinking to product strategy and participate in product definition. - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure agile, feasible, and aligned design with the product roadmap. - Establish and maintain a design system/component library for consistency and scalability. - Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and iterate on design based on data and user feedback. - Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across devices. - Clearly communicate design decisions and provide rationale based on user data, business goals, and best practices.
Skills & Tools: - Proficiency in design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or equivalent). - Strong grasp of UX fundamentals including user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems. - Ability to translate business/product requirements into user-friendly flows, clear wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Possess empathy, problem-solving mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail. - (Optional / Nice-to-have) Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) or experience working closely with developers; familiarity with design-to-development handoff workflows and constraints.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design/Multimedia or related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction flows, prototypes, and real-world product outcomes. - Familiarity with usability testing, user feedback loops, and user-centered design process cycles.
