As a UX Product Manager, you own the end-to-end customer experience across our digital products. Your focus is on seamless B2C and B2B2C customer journeys, with particular attention to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across Web, App, and service touchpoints.You act as the bridge between business, customers, and IT , translating customer needs and business goals into clear UX, product, and delivery requirements while ensuring efficient implementation across the system landscape.You are excited by this kind of challenge? End-to-End UX Ownership : Own and continuously optimize end-to-end customer journeys across Web and App platforms from a UX, usability, and experience perspective .Customer Journey & O2C Optimization : Identify pain points and improve usability, conversion, and experience quality across channels.Requirements & UX Translation : Translate business goals and customer insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Project & Delivery Management : Plan and steer cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.Stakeholder & Roadmap Management: Align stakeholders and own the UX/journey roadmap.AI-Enabled UX & Product Improvement: Apply AI-based tools and approaches to support analysis, insight generation, documentation, validation, and experience optimization.Quality & UAT: Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure high UX quality in delivered solutions.Data-Driven Improvement: Use customer and performance data to drive continuous UX optimization.Legal & Technical Alignment: Ensure solutions are legally compliant and technically feasible.

Degree in UX, Digital Product Management, Business Informatics, IT , or Business Administration with a digital focus.Experience in UX Product Management, Product Management, or Project Management , ideally in media, TV, or digital consumer environments.Strong understanding of UX principles , customer journey design , and end-to-end digital processes (ideally O2C).Proven project and delivery management skills in cross-functional, system-heavy environments.Comfortable working with IT teams on APIs, integrations, and system dependencies.Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira Confluence.AI expertise or strong interest in applying AI to product management and UX work (e.g. analysis, discovery, documentation, optimization) is a strong plus.Excellent English communication skills, good German communication skills.Proactive, structured, and customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
