What you'll do
At Valk Digital, as a UX Specialist, you’ll tackle complex problems and bring structure. You won’t start with screens but will first explore what’s happening with users, stakeholders, and systems. You’ll work on various projects, from improving booking flows to optimizing internal tools. Collaborating with other UXers, developers, and product owners, you’ll translate insights into clear UX proposals, contributing to clarity, usability, and quality.

What you’ll need
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Minimum of 3 years experience in UX, product and/or service design
- Experience with user research and problem definition
- Ability to analyze and structure complex issues
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with various stakeholders
- Enjoy collaborating and open to further development
