UX UI Designer

UX/UI Designer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote position to create digital assets and design user-centered web experiences focused on conversion rate optimization and experimentation. Key Responsibilities: Design digital and print marketing assets, including social graphics, banners, and email templates Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive web experiences in Figma Support CRO efforts by designing test concepts and layout variations for iterative UX/UI updates Qualifications and Requirements: 3-5 years of design experience, including website optimization and CRO initiatives Portfolio showcasing marketing creative work and UX/UI designs, including iterative improvements Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator Strong foundation in visual design principles and UX fundamentals Working knowledge of front-end constraints, including basic HTML/CSS awareness
