Your Role

As part of Sopra Real Estate Software's transformation program, you will join the new "Plateforme" team. You will contribute to the improvement of our new SaaS platform.

Within the product team, you will interact daily with a multidisciplinary team (Product Manager, Cloud team, front-end developers, back-end developers, AI team, QA).

Your Role and Missions

User Research

• You conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors and integrate these insights.

User Experience Design

• You create wireframes, interactive mockups, and prototypes to design fluid and engaging user experiences, taking into account UX best practices.

User Interface

• You design attractive and intuitive user interfaces. You contribute to the modernization of the user experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• You work in close collaboration with development, visual design, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of functional and aesthetic aspects.

User Testing

• You plan and conduct user tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions, iterate accordingly, and ensure an optimal user experience.

User Personas and Scenarios

• You create user personas and scenarios to guide design and ensure a perfect fit between our products and the needs of our target audience.

Technological Watch

• You stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technologies related to UX Design, proactively integrating them into our design process.
