Devenez UX/UI Designer - Votre mission : concevoir des expériences utilisateurs intuitives et innovantes
La Direction des Opérations regroupe les équipes Conception & Qualité Produit, Architecture logicielle et Développement projets.
Nous concevons des applications SaaS métiers à forte valeur ajoutée, utilisées au quotidien par nos clients.
Au sein de l'équipe Conception et Qualité produit (Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, Testeurs), vous garantissez l'expérience utilisateur de nos solutions SaaS.
Missions
- Traduire des besoins métier complexes en parcours utilisateurs clairs, fluides et actionnables
- Concevoir des interfaces (wireframes, maquettes, prototypes) jusqu'à un niveau prêt pour le développement
- Maintenir et faire évoluer un design system en lien avec les développeurs
- Travailler avec l'UX/UI Designer référente : une collaboration étroite pour partager une vision design commune
- Collaborer au quotidien avec les équipes Produit et Développement
- Tester, itérer et challenger les solutions à travers des retours utilisateurs et des ateliers de co-conception
Experience & Technical Skills
- 3 ans Min d'expérience en UX/UI ou Product Design, idéalement sur des produits SaaS
- Maîtrise avancée de Figma : composants, variables, auto-layout, prototypage interactif
- Connaissance solide des méthodologies UX : design thinking, user research, tests utilisateurs
- Capacité à travailler avec des contraintes techniques (responsive, accessibilité, logique front)

- Rapidly prototype, test, arbitrate, and move forward without blocking
- Design and evolve a design system used in production
- Collaborate closely with PO, devs, and testers

Job Conditions
- The position is available as a permanent contract (CDI) in Labège (31).
- Desired start date: May 2026
- Compensation: defined according to profile and experience
- Profit-sharing
- Health insurance: maximum rate covered at 100%, including children and partner.
- 37 hours + 12 RTT days
- Partial remote work possible after the integration period
