As support for our central Omnichannel Operations department at our Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible, working 20 hours/week part-time.

Your Responsibilities

• Optimization of the usability of our webshop, considering current UX trends and a consistent look & feel
• Derivation and formulation of functional requirements for new features in close coordination with the Product Owner Webshop
• Collaboration with Corporate Marketing to further develop the visual appearance of our website
• Analysis of user behavior and identification of optimization potential
• Close coordination with development and external service providers on implementation issues
• Participation in system tests, rollouts, and documentation of new backend/content management processes and functions
• Contribution to the conception and implementation of omnichannel strategies for linking online and offline sales channels

Your Qualifications

• Completed business studies with a focus on E-Commerce/E-Business
• At least two to three years of professional experience in UX/UI, digital design, media design, e-commerce, or a similar role
• Experience with content management systems and website optimization – ideally in the Shopware environment
• Confident use of UX methods and common tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Understanding of modern web design standards and a consistent digital brand presence
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach, a strong sense of aesthetics, and analytical skills
