UX Designer / Intégrateur web

We are recruiting a UX Designer / Web Integrator on a permanent contract (no Freelance) who will join one of our product teams composed of a Product Owner, a lead developer, an architect, two backend developers, a UI/UX designer, and a TMA developer.

A position for those who love front-end development as much as software interface design! Admittedly uncommon for a position that is usually split in two, but we are convinced that it is precisely this skillful blend of expertise that will bring software interface experiences to life.

Responsibilities

• UI design / Design of web software interfaces across all our platforms (3 SaaS software and more to come…)
• Creation of UX POCs using Figma
• Participation and/or co-facilitation of client UX workshops
• UX testing with clients after deployment for continuous improvement
• HTML / CSS / JS integration (no framework experience required) of the mockups created - Use of Claude Code strongly appreciated.
• Participation in product functional workshops
• Evolution and maintenance of the design system

Remote Work Policy

The remote work organization is flexible and allows up to 4 days of remote work per week for those who wish:

• on the days of your choice
• days are not fixed from one week to the next
• frequency is not fixed (e.g., 1 day of remote work one week, 3 days the next)

However, you must be able to come to the office at least once a week (travel time of about one hour from Lyon) and adapt your presence according to meetings that require in-person attendance.

We are convinced that team life is built around shared convivial moments, whether within the offices or during teambuilding outings (frequency of about 1 per quarter + 1 annual seminar).
