UX Content Writer

A major energy management and industrial automation company is looking for an UX Content Writer to join their team. You'll work on the Customer Experience Team which is responsible for delivering best-in-class engagement strategies to improve customer relations, drive retention and create a seamless experience. Ideal candidates have experience with UX content and have worked in the manufacturing, energy, or industrial space.

This role is a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories and make it readable for end users
• Conduct customer research, journey mapping, and interpret data

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in customer experience, project management, CRM, or digital marketing
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or energy industries
• Experience with UX writing
• Experience with user stories, journey mapping, etc.
