UX/UI Design Lead

Our client is seeking a visionary and talented UX/UI Design Lead to guide the user experience and interface design for their innovative digital products. This is a fully remote position, offering an excellent opportunity to lead design initiatives from your home office. You will be responsible for defining the overall user experience strategy, conducting user research, and translating user needs into intuitive and engaging interface designs. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.

Key responsibilities involve leading a team of designers, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and creative design environment. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are technically feasible, align with business objectives, and deliver exceptional user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential. You should have a proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, along with substantial experience in UX/UI design, is required.
