We are expanding our team and are looking for you to join us and help shape the future of neon.

About the position

As a UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for end-to end design projects. Working together with our product managers, engineers and designers you will solve difficult customer and business problems.

Your role

  • End-to-End UX Strategy: Design the user experience by creating clear user flows and information architecture for a seamless journey in the app
  • High-Fidelity UI Design: Create polished interfaces and visual elements that align with and evolve neon’s unique aesthetic
  • Design System Maintenance: Support our centralized component library to ensure visual consistency across the app
  • UX & Competitor Research: Conducting research and analyzing industry standards to help us build a better experience for our users
  • Marketing Design Support: Work closely with our marketing team to provide high-quality visual assets and design support for newsletters, the blog, and social media

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on building and shipping mobile applications
  • Proficiency in Figma and a good handle on Adobe programs like Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to manage your own tasks and collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for making financial products simple and accessible
  • Fluency in English and German is considered a plus
