We are looking – temporarily as maternity cover from June 2026 to January 2027 – for a creative and innovative team player (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, clarify them within the team, and translate them into well‑thought‑out design solutions.
- Develop responsive UX/UI designs in Figma for web (mobile, tablet, desktop) and app platforms.
- Carefully document designs and hand them over so that developers clearly understand and can easily implement them.
- Consistently work with existing design guidelines and patterns so that all elements fit into the overall appearance.
- Coordinate closely with colleagues, take feedback, and implement iterations efficiently.
- If needed, implement simple HTML components yourself for use in the CMS.

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in business administration, informatics, mediamatics, or a comparable education/degree with further training in the digital field and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Experienced in Figma and well‑versed in Auto Layout, Components/Variants, responsive layouts, clean files, and libraries.
- Developer‑friendly mindset: clear specifications, sensible constraints, practical designs instead of unnecessary complexity.
- Strong understanding of UI consistency and design systems – able to respect and further develop existing patterns.
- Knowledge of UX basics: user guidance, visual hierarchy, comprehensibility, and meaningful interaction states.
- Works with precision and creativity – pays attention to detail while finding pragmatic, good solutions within guidelines.
- Nice to have: solid basic understanding of HTML/CSS to implement simple components in the CMS context.
- Real team fit: communicative, independent, reliable, and able to quickly familiarize yourself with existing projects and structures.
