Role Overview
Our client is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This is a hands‑on, builder‑style role suited for someone who can execute high‑quality design work while also contributing to broader product and UX strategy. You will lead user experience and visual design efforts across a range of web and mobile products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design, from user research and journey mapping to wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define UX strategy and ensure feasibility across web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and developer‑ready assets
- Participate in design reviews, providing thoughtful, user‑centered feedback grounded in best practices
- Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate product quality

Requirements
- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in consulting or agency environments supporting multiple clients or products
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and native mobile (iOS/Android) design work
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience working in agile environments alongside engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with front‑end development (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with motion design or video tools for product content
