Role Overview

Our client is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hands-on, builder-style role suited for someone who can execute high-quality design work while also contributing to broader product and UX strategy. You will lead user experience and visual design efforts across a range of web and mobile products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design, from user research and journey mapping to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define UX strategy and ensure feasibility across web, iOS, and Android platforms
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and developer-ready assets
• Participate in design reviews, providing thoughtful, user-centered feedback grounded in best practices
• Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate product quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in consulting or agency environments supporting multiple clients or products
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and native mobile (iOS/Android) design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience working in agile environments alongside engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS)
• Experience with motion design or video tools for product content
