About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated (Senior) UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping user-centered designs for our software products, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base in the pharmaceutical and regulatory sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into intuitive and accessible interfaces. Your expertise will help enhance the usability, accessibility, and overall quality of our solutions, contributing directly to our mission of improving the efficiency of the drug approval process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the design of critical healthcare software and work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and user experience excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UX/UI design within a B2B or software environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities. You should be adept at quickly understanding complex topics, analyzing user needs, and translating them into clear, pragmatic design concepts. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential for effective communication within our international team. A proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on conceptualization and prototyping are key. Additionally, familiarity with design systems, wireframing, and prototyping tools, along with a passion for creating accessible and user-friendly interfaces, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop independent, user-centered concepts and drive the continuous improvement of our software products through pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches. Rapidly familiarize yourself with new, complex topics, analyze relationships, and translate insights into actionable UX concepts. Create prototypes and wireframes that make your ideas tangible, ensuring high usability and accessibility standards are met. Design our products with a focus on user needs, actively contributing ideas and evolving our design systems to maintain consistency and innovation. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and a multidisciplinary team to align user requirements with product strategies, conducting thorough analyses of complex situations. Participate in user research and testing to validate design decisions and optimize user experience. Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
