Als UI/UX-Designer:in bringst du deine Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Nutzerführung, Interaktionsverhalten und der geräteübergreifenden Abbildung für Mobile- und Web-Anwendungen ein. Durch deine Ideen, deine Leidenschaft für Design und dein Gespür für gute digitale Nutzererlebnisse hast du die Möglichkeit, Einfluss auf deinen Tätigkeitsbereich zu nehmen und gemeinsam mit uns die Finanzwirtschaft von morgen mitzugestalten.

Your Role

• Products: You will work on web-based software solutions in the finance and insurance industry.
• Concepts: You will create UX concepts and visualize user needs in the form of use cases, user flows, interface designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Workflows: You will develop user-friendly workflows and support the design of new features.
• Impulses: You will contribute best practices, new design/UX trends, and market insights to product development.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with product management, development, and QA.
• Teamwork: You will be part of a team with other designers from the corporate group and actively contribute your perspective to the further development of our products.

What you bring

• Experience: A degree or training in design is desirable; however, your several years of practical experience in UI/UX design or in the creation of digital products or web-based software solutions are more important to us.
• Strength: Conceptual strength, creativity, and a good feel for user guidance, usability, and interaction behavior.
• Tools: Confident use of Figma, Adobe, Sketch, or comparable design tools.
• Work Style: Structured way of working and enjoyment of collaboration with product management and development.
• Industry Relevance: Ideally, experience in the field of B2B software, SaaS, FinTech, InsurTech, PropTech, or other complex digital products.
• Technical Understanding: You have a basic technical understanding of digital products and web applications; HTML and/or CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Research: Ideally, experience with UX research, usability testing, validation, or incorporating user feedback.
• Languages: Very good German and good English skills, especially for collaboration with our colleagues in Bulgaria.
