UX/UI Designer / Product Designer

Role Description

This is a remote, part-time role for a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer. The individual in this role will work collaboratively to create intuitive, user-focused designs for digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting user research to understand needs and pain points
• Developing wireframes and prototypes
• Refining designs based on feedback
• Ensuring consistency in visual and user interface elements
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designed solutions align with product goals and user expectations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Visual Design and a solid understanding of aesthetics, typography, and color theory
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and applying creative problem-solving to product challenges
• Proficiency in User Research and UX Research for gathering insights and validating design decisions
• Strong skills in Product Design, including creating prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Experience in designing for diverse user groups and accessibility considerations is a plus
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and design processes
